  • 1 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup - optional

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, and serve right away.
