  • ¼ cup pitted Medjool dates
  • cup plant-based milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, optional

instructions
 

  • Add the frozen banana, dates and almond milk in a high quality blender and blend for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on your blender), until smooth.
  • Serve right away.
