No-Bake Energy Balls with 4 Ingredients
These 4-ingredient no-bake balls are the ultimate healthy treat for when you’re super busy but still want to keep healthy. They’re vegan, gluten free, sugar free, and a great source of healthy fats for a quick energy boost.

½ cup dates, soaked 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ⅓ cup walnuts ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut Optional toppings: shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts
Blend the dates, cocoa powder and walnuts in a food processor until a smooth paste forms.
Place the paste in a medium bowl, add shredded coconut and mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic foil and refrigerate it for about 2 hours, until firm.
Shape the dough into 12 balls. Roll the balls in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or chopped nuts.
