It blends your favourite yogurt with blueberries and a splash of milk for a super creamy, high-protein fruity concoction that you can enjoy as a quick healthy breakfast, guiltless sweet snack or after-dinner treat.

  • 2 cups yogurt of choice (I used soy yogurt)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 2 teaspoons liquid sweetener (such as agave syrup or stevia) - , optional

instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes. Serve right away.
