No-Bake Chocolate Almond Balls
These no-bake energy balls are a breeze to make, keep in the fridge for a week, and call for only 4 ingredients. This is the snack that will curb your sweet tooth and fill you up when you're feeling a bit peckish.

½ cup Medjool dates 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup ground almonds ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Optional toppings: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped almonds
Blend all the ingredients together very well in a food processor.
Mash the dough together and roll into 10 to 12 balls.
Place the balls onto a baking tray or large plate, and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, for the balls to set.
Once shaped, you can roll the balls in cocoa powder, coconut or chopped almonds.
You can store these no bake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
