No-Bake Chocolate Almond Balls

These no-bake energy balls are a breeze to make, keep in the fridge for a week, and call for only 4 ingredients. This is the snack that will curb your sweet tooth and fill you up when you're feeling a bit peckish.

ingredients
 

  • ½ cup Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup ground almonds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped almonds

instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together very well in a food processor.
  • Mash the dough together and roll into 10 to 12 balls.
  • Place the balls onto a baking tray or large plate, and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, for the balls to set.
  • Once shaped, you can roll the balls in cocoa powder, coconut or chopped almonds.
  • You can store these no bake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
