How To Make Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Step One – Melt the chocolate

Melt your favourite type of chocolate on the stove or in the microwave. Add a teaspoon of melted coconut oil for a smoother texture and a slightly softer shell.

Step Two – Make a chocolate base

Spoon the melted chocolate in mini paper cupcake liners, making sure to cover the sides as well. Place the liners in the freezer and wait for the chocolate to harden.

Step Three – Prepare the peanut butter filling

Mix peanut butter with agave syrup and beat the filling until perfectly creamy. Spoon the filling over the chocolate base.

Step Four – Cover with chocolate

Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter middle. Spread evenly using a spoon.
