How to Make the Best 4-Ingredient Energy Balls

This recipe will take you no more than 10 minutes, and calls for four very basic ingredients you probably already have at hand. Plus, all it takes is a simple four-step process:

    1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
    2. Place it in the fridge for 2 hours to harden.
    3. Shape the dough into 12 balls.
    4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut, cocoa powder or chopped nuts.

Make No-Bake Balls That Are Perfect for YOU

To suit your taste buds and needs, you can customise this recipe any way you want to:

    • You can make these balls any size you want. This means you can make tiny, bite-sized pieces that wonโ€™t break your diet, or larger balls that work as a proper mid-day snack or dessert.
    • Roll the balls in shredded coconut, cocoa powder or finely chopped nuts (I love slightly roasted hazelnuts).
    • Add one to two teaspoons of agave or maple syrup to make them sweeter.
    • Mix in your favourite crunchy add-ins, such as chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, goji berriesโ€ฆ let your imagination run wild.
