Ingredients

  • cup rolled oats
  • cup plain yogurt of choice
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk
  • cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Close and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight before eating. Top with more blueberries or maple syrup.

Notes

Storing Instructions: Overnight oats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days – the longer they sit, the mushier they will become.
