These 5-ingredient blueberry overnight oats with yogurt are the perfect make-ahead breakfast that is delicious, healthy and filling.

Ingredients

  • cup rolled oats
  • cup yogurt of choice
  • ¼ cup milk of choice I use almond or other dairy-free milk
  • cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or container, thoroughly mix together all ingredients until combined.
  • Cover the bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, ideally overnight, until mixture has thickened.
  • Transfer to a bowl or eat straight from the jar. Top with more fresh blueberries, maple syrup, granola, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs or toasted coconut.

Notes

Storing Instructions: Overnight oats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days – the longer they sit, the mushier they will become.
