ingredients
 

  • cup plain soy yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon maple or agave syrup, - optional
  • Iced cubes - optional but recommended if you're using fresh strawberries

instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes. Serve right away.
